Midla Platform exposes two separate APIs, for two separate audiences — pick the one that fits your case:
🏢 Platform API
For your own technical team, or a third-party integrator connecting systems to your whole organization — leads, receipts, shipments, partners and support tickets. Tokens with granular scopes, generated from the admin panel.
📦 Customer API
For a customer of your organization (a shipper or consignee served through your Midla account) to query their own master shipments and receipts, and create receipts from their own system. A single token, no scopes, generated by the customer themselves from their portal.
Not sure which one you need? If you run the Midla account and want to integrate your own systems (your ecommerce, your ERP, your website), that's the Platform API. If you're a customer of a company that uses Midla and want to query your own shipments from your own system, that's the Customer API: ask your contact to enable your access, then generate your token from the customer portal.
