Full reference for the Midla Platform API endpoints, grouped by module.

Every endpoint shares the same response format, authentication, and error handling — see Authentication and Errors and response codes.

CRM	Available — leads endpoints.
Operations · Receipts	Available — receipts endpoints.
Operations · Shipments	Available (Masters only) — list, view, create, and attach houses to a Master. Creating a standalone House is coming soon.
Operations · Catalogs	Available — package-types, commodities, operation-types, shipment-options, places, branches, customs-offices, vessels, move-types, service-modes. Each requires its own ability.
Catalogs	Available — countries, states, document-types, legal-forms, currencies, incoterms. Requires a valid token, no ability of its own.
Companies	Available — tenant company lookup. Requires the companies:read ability.
Users	Available — tenant staff user lookup. Requires the users:read ability.
Partners	Available — list and view partners. Requires the partners:read ability.
Helpdesk	Available — tickets (list, view, create, update), teams, and tags. Requires an ability per resource.
