Stages

What are Stages?

Stages represent the different phases an opportunity goes through within the sales process.

Each opportunity is assigned to a specific stage, allowing users to quickly identify its current status and maintain an organized follow-up throughout the sales pipeline.

Stage Management

Accessing the Stages List

To access the stages list, go to:

CRM → Configurations → Stages

Once inside, the list of registered stages will be displayed. From this screen, you will be able to create, view, edit, and delete stages according to the needs of your sales process.

List Tools

The stages list includes tools to make record management and consultation easier.

Search

Allows locating specific stages using search criteria.

Records per Page

Allows defining the number of records displayed per page and navigating through the available results.

Create a Stage

To create a new stage:

  1. Go to CRM → Configurations → Stages.
  2. Click on New Stage.
  3. Complete the required information in the creation form.
  4. Click Create to save the record.

When creating a new stage, a form will be displayed where the corresponding information can be entered.

General

The General section allows defining the main information of the stage.

  • Name: stage name.
  • Sequence: order in which the stage will appear within the pipeline.
  • Requirements: description or requirements associated with the stage.

Configuration

The Configuration section defines the stage behavior within the pipeline.

  • Won Stage: marks the stage as a won opportunity.
  • Lost Stage: marks the stage as a lost opportunity.
  • Rotting Days: number of inactive days allowed before considering that an opportunity has stalled in this stage.

Final Actions

Once the stage information has been completed, the following actions will be available:

  • Create: saves the record and creates the stage.
  • Create & Create Another: saves the current record and opens a new form to create another stage.
  • Cancel: cancels the operation and closes the form without saving changes.

Once a stage has been created, it will be possible to access its information from the list to view, edit, or delete the record.

View a Stage

The View option allows access to the complete details of a stage.

Once inside, all registered information will be displayed, including its general configuration and associated parameters.

Edit a Stage

The Edit option allows modifying the information of an existing stage.

When accessing it, the form will display the previously registered data so the necessary changes can be made.

Delete a Stage

The Delete option allows removing a stage from the system.

Once this action is executed, the record will no longer be available in the stages list.
