Customers
What is a Customer?
A customer represents a commercial record within the system.Customers store the contact, commercial, and administrative information needed to manage opportunities, quotations, and other processes related to commercial operations.
How are Customers obtained?
Customers can be generated in different ways within the system.Through the Won option, creating a new customer during confirmation.
Through the New Quotation option, selecting Create a New Customer.
From the Customers section, using the New Customer option.
Once created, customers will be available in the Customers section for review, editing, and administration.
Customer Management
Accessing the Customer List
To access the customer list, go to CRM → Sales → Customers.From this section, it is possible to view and manage all customers registered in the system.

List Display
Customers are displayed through cards showing the main information of each record.These cards allow users to quickly review relevant customer data, making identification and access easier.

List Tools
The list tools allow users to organize, sort, and quickly locate registered customers.Allows grouping customers according to the available criteria.
Allows sorting records according to different criteria.
Allows quickly locating a customer through a search.
Allows customizing the information visible in the list and reorganizing its display.
Create a Customer
To create a new customer:
- Go to CRM → Sales → Customers.
- Click on New Customer.
- Complete the required information in the creation form.
- Click Create to save the record.
Customer Creation Form
When creating a new customer, a form will be displayed where all related information can be registered.General
This section allows registering the main customer information.

- Individual / Company: indicates whether the record belongs to a person or a company.
- Name: customer name.
- Code: customer identification code.
- Brand: brand associated with the customer.
- Tags: allows assigning tags to facilitate classification and record search.
- Image: allows uploading an image associated with the customer.
Main Address
Allows registering the customer’s main address.

- Street 1: main address.
- Street 2: additional address information.
- City: city.
- Postal Code: postal code.
- Country: country.
- Province / State: province or state.
Contact Information
Allows registering the customer’s contact information.

- Email: customer email address.
- Phone: landline phone number.
- Mobile Phone: mobile phone number.
- Website: customer website.
Tax Information
Allows registering the customer’s tax information.

- Tax Status: customer tax condition.
- Document Type: type of identification document.
- Tax Number: tax identification number.
Sales
Allows registering sales-related information associated with the customer.

- Assigned Salesperson: user responsible for the customer.
- Payment Terms: payment conditions associated with the customer.
- Payment Method: payment method associated with the customer.
The available options in the Payment Terms and Payment Method fields must be configured beforehand in the corresponding modules.
Purchases
Allows registering purchase-related information associated with the customer.

Additional Information
The Additional Information tab allows registering complementary information associated with the customer.

- Industry: industry or business sector the customer belongs to.
- Company: company associated with the customer.
Final Actions
Once the customer information has been completed, the following actions will be available to finalize the record creation:
- Create: saves the customer and closes the form.
- Create and Create Another: saves the current customer and opens a new form to register another customer.
- Cancel: cancels the operation without saving the changes made.
Actions on a Customer
Once a customer has been created, it will be possible to access their information from the customer list to view, edit, or delete the record as needed.

Customer View
The View option allows access to the complete details of a customer.From this view, it is possible to review general information, main address, contact details, tax information, commercial information, and other data associated with the customer.

Contacts and Addresses
The Contacts and Addresses tab allows viewing and managing the contacts and addresses associated with the customer.
From this section, it is possible to review existing records and add new ones using the Add Contact option.

Create Contact or Address
To register a new contact or address associated with the customer:
- Go to the Contacts and Addresses tab.
- Click on Add Contact.
- Select the type of record you want to create.
- Complete the required information.
- Click Create to save the record.

Available Record Types
- Contact: allows registering a contact associated with the customer.
- Billing Address: allows registering a billing address.
- Delivery Address: allows registering a delivery address.
- Pickup Address: allows registering a pickup address.
- Other Address: allows registering an additional address.
Available Fields
- Contact Name: name of the contact or address.
- Email: email address.
- Mobile Phone: mobile phone number.
- Phone: contact number.
- Job Position: role or function of the contact.
- Image: allows associating an image with the record.
Final Actions
- Create: saves the record and closes the form.
- Create and Create Another: saves the current record and opens a new form to create another.
- Cancel: cancels the operation without saving the changes made.
Once created, the contact or address will be available in the Contacts and Addresses tab list.

The list allows viewing the following information:
- Type: type of record associated with the customer.
- Name: contact or address name.
- Email: email address.
- Mobile Phone: mobile phone number.
By selecting a record from Contacts and Addresses, you will access its detail view, where you can review, edit, or update the associated information.
Edit a Customer
The Edit option enables the customer form in edit mode, allowing the registered information to be modified.From this view, it is possible to update general information, main address, contact details, tax information, commercial information, and other associated data.
Delete a Customer
The Delete option allows removing a customer from the system so it no longer appears in the main list.Customers can also be reviewed and managed from other related modules, such as Sales or Invoices, depending on the linked commercial records.
