Business Contact Codes

The Business Contact Codes section allows you to configure the masks used to generate codes according to the role of each business contact.

Code Masks by Role

Each role can use a different mask for code generation.

The numeric sequence is defined using zeros inside curly braces. The number of zeros determines the length of the generated sequence.

Agent

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Agent role.

Customer

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Customer role.

Carrier

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Carrier role.

Supplier

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Supplier role.

Broker

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Broker role.

Consignee

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Consignee role.

Shipper

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Shipper role.

Airline

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Airline role.

Shipping Line

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Shipping Line role.

Warehouse

Allows you to define the mask used for contacts with the Warehouse role.

Saves the masks configured for the different business contact roles.
