Access

The Access section allows you to configure user login and registration conditions for the Portal, the information required to complete an account, and the features that will be available to customers.

Login and Registration

This section allows you to configure user access to the Portal and the option to register new accounts.

Login

Enable Login

Allows you to enable user access to the Portal through the login page.

Login Image

Allows you to upload the image displayed on the Portal login page.

Login Message

Allows you to define the message displayed below the submit button on the login form.

When Enable Login is disabled, the login and password recovery pages are not available. Registration is also disabled.

For the image, a size of 800 × 600 px is recommended, in PNG/JPG format, with a maximum file size of 4 MB.

Registration

Enable Registration

Allows you to enable the registration page for new Portal users.

Registration Image

Allows you to upload the image displayed on the Portal registration page.

Registration Message

Allows you to define the message displayed below the submit button on the registration form.

The Enable Registration option requires login to be enabled.

When registration is disabled, the corresponding page is not available.

The image follows the same requirements as the login image: a recommended size of 800 × 600 px, PNG/JPG format, and a maximum file size of 4 MB.

Complete Account

The Complete Account section allows you to define whether business contacts must complete specific account information before accessing the Portal.

Enabled

When this option is enabled, business contacts must complete the configured fields before accessing the Portal.

Required Fields

Allows you to select the information the customer must complete when confirming their account.

The available fields are:

General Information

Account Type, Company Name or Personal Name, Email, Avatar, Mobile Phone, and Website.

Address

Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Postal Code, Country, and Province.

Tax Information

Tax Condition, Document Type, CUIT / Tax ID, and Company Registration.

The Select All option allows you to select all available fields at once.

Enabled Sections

This configuration allows you to determine which features will be available to customers within the Portal.

Shipments

View Shipments

Allows customers to view their shipments from the Portal.

Create Consolidations

Allows customers to create and edit consolidations from the Portal.

The Create Consolidations option is available only when View Shipments is enabled.

Receptions

Allows customers to view their incoming reception orders.

Create Pre-Alerts

Allows customers to create receptions from the Portal.

Stock

Allows customers to view their received packages.

The Create Pre-Alerts option is available only when Receptions is enabled.

Sales

Quotations

Allows you to enable quotation viewing for customers.

Billing

Allows you to enable the billing section for customers.

Actions

Save

Saves the configuration defined for Portal access and features.
