Warehouses
The Warehouses section allows you to view and manage contacts registered as warehouses within the platform.

Warehouses List
The list displays the main information for registered warehouses.
Identifies the registered warehouse.
Displays the code associated with the warehouse.
Displays the email address associated with the warehouse.
Available Actions
Allows you to locate warehouses within the list.
Allows you to register a new warehouse.
Create Warehouse
The New Warehouse option allows you to register the general, contact, tax, and warehouse-specific information.

General
Allows you to define the account type corresponding to the warehouse.
Allows you to enter the warehouse name.
Displays the code associated with the warehouse.
Allows you to enter a brand associated with the contact.
Allows you to associate tags with the warehouse.
Allows you to upload an image associated with the contact.
Main Address
Allows you to enter the main address.
Allows you to enter additional address information.
Allows you to enter the corresponding city.
Allows you to enter the postal code for the address.
Allows you to select the country corresponding to the address.
Allows you to select the associated province.
Contact Information
Allows you to enter an account number associated with the warehouse.
Allows you to enter the email address.
Allows you to select the language associated with the contact.
Allows you to enter a phone number.
Allows you to enter a mobile phone number.
Allows you to enter the website associated with the warehouse.

Tax Information
Allows you to select the corresponding tax status.
Allows you to select the associated document type.
Allows you to enter the corresponding tax identification number.
Warehouse Information
This section allows you to define specific information and settings associated with the warehouse.
Allows you to select the type corresponding to the warehouse.
Allows you to enter the terminal code associated with the warehouse.
Allows you to indicate whether the warehouse is owned by the organization.
Allows you to define whether the warehouse is available in the Portal.
Allows you to indicate whether the warehouse is enabled as a pickup point.
Allows you to indicate whether the warehouse is enabled for local shipments.
Commercial Information
At the bottom of the form, the Sales, Purchases, and Other Information tabs are available.
Sales
Allows you to select the associated salesperson.
Allows you to select the corresponding payment terms.
Allows you to select the associated payment method.
Purchases
The Purchases tab allows you to access commercial information related to the warehouse's purchases.
Other Information
The Other Information tab allows you to access additional configurations associated with the warehouse.
Actions
Creates the warehouse using the entered information.
Saves the current record and starts the creation of a new one.
Closes the form without creating the warehouse.
Once created, the warehouse becomes available in the Warehouses list for viewing and management.
