Notifications
The Notifications section allows you to configure the events used to send notifications from the platform.
The options are organized according to the area they belong to:
- Operations
- Portal
- Maintenance

Operations
The Operations tab allows you to configure notifications related to shipment and reception movements.
Shipments
The Shipments section contains the events that can generate a notification to the customer when a shipment status changes.

The Enable/Disable All option allows you to change the status of all notifications available in this section at once.
Sends a notification when the shipment changes to Dispatched status.
Sends a notification when the shipment changes to Loaded status.
Sends a notification when the shipment changes to In Transit status.
Sends a notification when the shipment changes to Arrived status.
Sends a notification when the shipment enters the customs clearance process.
Sends a notification when the shipment is cleared by customs.

Sends a notification when the shipment changes to Delivered status.
Sends a notification when the shipment could not be delivered to the recipient.
Sends a notification when the shipment changes to Returned status.
Sends a notification when the shipment arrives at the processing facility.
Sends a notification when the shipment becomes available for pickup at the office.
Sends a notification when the shipment is marked as damaged.
Sends a notification when the package consolidation is confirmed.
Receptions
The Receptions section allows you to configure notifications related to goods arriving at the warehouse.

Allows you to change the status of all notifications available in the section at once.
Sends a notification when the warehouse reception changes to Arrived status.
Exempt Customers
The Exempt Customers section allows you to define customers who should not receive certain notifications, even when the corresponding event is enabled.

Add Customer
The Add Customer option allows you to add a customer to the exceptions list.

Allows you to select the customer to be exempted.
Allows you to select the notification group to which the exception will apply.
The Customer and Notification Group fields are required.
Actions
Adds the customer to the exceptions list for the selected group.
Closes the form without adding the customer.
Portal
The Portal tab contains notifications related to actions performed by Client Portal users.

Account
Sends a verification email when the Portal registration form is completed.
Sends an email containing the password reset link when the user requests account recovery from the Portal.
Maintenance
The Maintenance tab contains notifications related to administrative users of the platform.

Security
Allows you to change the status of all notifications available in this section at once.
Sends an email containing the password reset link requested from the administration panel.
Sends a welcome email when a new user is created from the administration panel.
Actions
Saves the configuration defined for the notifications.
