Merchandise Coding

The Merchandise Coding section, within the Operations module, lets you look up the codes used to classify merchandise.

In this guide​

General workflow​

  1. Open Merchandise Coding to view the available codes.
  2. Use Search to locate a code.
  3. Review its description.
  4. Select one or more records using the list checkboxes when needed.

Merchandise Codes List​

The list displays the available merchandise codes and their descriptions.

List Information​

Code

Identifies the merchandise classification.

Description

Describes the merchandise code.

Record Lookup​

Search

Finds codes in the list.

Record Selection

Selects one or more records using the list checkboxes.
