Account Information

The Account Information section in the Portal lets customers view and manage the information associated with their account.

It includes general information, a primary address, tax information, and additional addresses.

In this guide​

General workflow​

  1. Open My Profile to review your account information.
  2. Check your general information, primary address, and tax information.
  3. Select Edit to update account information.
  4. Use Add Address, Edit Address, or Delete Address to manage additional addresses.
Customer account information

General​

The General section displays the main information associated with the account.

Company Name or Personal Name

Displays the name or company name associated with the account.

Email

Displays the registered email address.

Mobile Phone

Displays the phone number associated with the account.

Website

Displays the registered website, when applicable.

Reference

Displays the account reference, when available.

Avatar

Displays the profile image, when available.

Primary Address​

The Primary Address section displays the account's main registered address.

Address 1

Displays the main address information.

Address 2

Displays additional address information, when available.

City

Indicates the city corresponding to the address.

Postal Code

Indicates the registered postal code.

Country

Indicates the country corresponding to the address.

State / Province

Indicates the state or province associated with the address.

Tax Information​

The Tax Information section displays the tax details associated with the account.

Tax Status

Indicates the customer's registered tax status.

Document Type

Indicates the type of tax document associated with the account.

Tax ID

Displays the registered tax identification number.

Company Registration

Displays the company's registration information, when available.

Addresses​

The Addresses section lets customers view and manage additional addresses associated with their account.

Each record displays the name assigned to the address and its location.

Available Actions​

Edit

Modifies the information associated with the account.

Add Address

Registers a new address associated with the account.

Edit Address

Modifies a registered address.

Delete Address

Deletes an address associated with the account.
