My Dashboard
My Dashboard is the main view of the Client Portal. It shows activity associated with your account, available warehouses, and information about Shipments, Receptions, and Stock.
In this guide
General workflow
- Open My Dashboard to review your account activity.
- Check the warehouses available to your account.
- Select a Period for the dashboard information.
- Review the summary and recent records.
- Select View All in a section to open its complete list.

Available Warehouses
The warehouses available to your account appear at the top of the dashboard. Your customer code, used to identify you in Portal operations, also appears there.
Displays the warehouses available to your account.
Period
The Period section sets the time range used for dashboard information.
Displays information for the current day.
Displays information for the current week.
Displays information for the current month.
Displays information for the previous month.
Displays information for the last three months.
Displays information for the current year.
Lets you define a specific time range.
Summary
The dashboard displays general indicators for the selected period.
Displays the number of shipments for the selected period.
Displays the number of receptions for the selected period.
Displays the number of active packages currently registered in stock.
Recent Activity
Below the summary, the dashboard displays recent Shipments, Receptions, and Stock records.

Shipments
The Shipments section displays your recent shipments and their current status. A summary grouped by status appears above the records.
Identifies the shipment within the Portal.
Indicates the shipment's recipient.
Indicates when the shipment was registered.
Indicates the shipment's current status.
Available Actions
Opens the complete shipments list.
Receptions
The Receptions section displays your recent receptions and their current status. A summary grouped by status appears above the records.
Identifies the reception within the Portal.
Indicates the associated warehouse.
Indicates the number of associated packages.
Indicates the reception's current status.
Available Actions
Opens the complete receptions list.
Stock
The Stock section displays registered packages and their current status. A summary grouped by the available statuses appears above the records.
Identifies the package within the system.
Displays the description of the package contents.
Indicates the number of pieces in the package.
Indicates the package's current status.
Available Actions
Opens the complete list of packages currently in stock.
