Stock

The Stock section allows customers to view the packages associated with their account and review the information registered for each one in the Portal.

In this guide​

General workflow​

  1. Open Stock to view the packages associated with your account.
  2. Use Search to locate a package.
  3. Select View to open its details.
  4. Review its measurements, weight, items, movements, references, and images.

Stock List​

The list displays registered packages and their main information.

List Information​

Code

Identifies the package within the system.

Status

Indicates the current status of the package.

Warehouse

Indicates the warehouse associated with the package.

Contents

Displays the description of the contents registered for the package.

Pieces

Indicates the number of pieces associated with the package.

List Actions​

Search

Allows you to locate packages within the list.

View

Opens the details of the selected package.

View a Package​

From the Stock list, select View to open a registered package. Its detail view includes general information, dimensions, weight, items, a movement timeline, notes, references, and images.

Package​

The Package section displays the main information registered for the package.

Internal Code

Identifies the package within the system.

Package Type

Indicates the registered package type.

Pieces

Indicates the number of pieces associated with the package.

Contents

Displays the general description of the registered contents.

Dimensions​

The Dimensions section displays the measurements registered for the package.

Width

Indicates the registered width of the package.

Height

Indicates the registered height of the package.

Length

Indicates the registered length of the package.

Total Volume

Displays the total volume corresponding to the package.

CBM

Displays the package volume in cubic meters.

Weight​

The Weight section displays the weight information registered for the package.

Gross Weight

Indicates the gross weight registered for the package.

Total Gross Weight

Displays the total gross weight corresponding to the package.

Items​

The Items section displays the contents registered within the package.

Contents

Displays the description of the registered item.

Units

Indicates the number of units associated with the item.

Timeline​

The Timeline section displays movements registered for the package. Each movement may show its type, associated reference, and registration date and time.

Notes​

The Notes section displays additional information associated with the package when available.

References​

The References section displays additional identifiers associated with the package.

HS Code

Displays the HS code associated with the package when available.

Reference 1

Displays the first additional reference associated with the package.

Reference 2

Displays the second additional reference associated with the package.

LPN

Displays the LPN reference associated with the package when available.

SSCC-18

Displays the SSCC-18 reference associated with the package when available.

Images​

The Images section displays photographs associated with the package when available.
