View Shipments
The View Shipments section allows customers to view the shipments associated with their account and create new consolidations using the packages available at their warehouses.

Shipment List
The list displays the registered shipments and their main information.
Identifies the shipment within the Portal.
Indicates the current status of the shipment.
Indicates the date associated with the shipment.
Indicates the transport mode associated with the shipment.
Displays the origin and destination defined for the shipment.
Available Actions
Allows you to locate shipments within the list.
Allows you to access the details of the selected shipment.
Starts the process of creating a new consolidation using the available packages.
Create Consolidation
The Create Consolidation option allows you to select available packages and define the corresponding delivery method for the new shipment.
The process is divided into three stages:
- Warehouse and Packages
- Service
- Summary
1. Warehouse and Packages
The first stage allows you to select the warehouse and the packages that will be included in the consolidation.

Warehouse
Allows you to select the warehouse from which the available packages will be taken.
The Warehouse field is required.
Available Packages
Once the warehouse has been selected, the packages available to be added to the consolidation are displayed.
The packages are shown together with the reception they are associated with and their main information.
Identifies the package within the system.
Indicates the package type and the associated number of pieces.
Displays the description of the contents registered for the package.
Displays the weight and volume corresponding to the package.
Displays the FOB value registered for the merchandise when applicable.
Package Selection
Each package can be selected individually using the corresponding checkbox.
The Select All option allows you to select all available packages displayed on the screen.
Actions
Allows you to continue to the Service stage.
Closes the process without creating the consolidation.
2. Service
The second stage allows you to define how the shipment will be delivered or picked up.

Service
Indicates that the shipment will be picked up by the customer at the warehouse address.
Allows you to specify an address for shipment delivery.
The Service field is required.
Shipment Type
When using the Home Delivery option, the shipment type selection becomes available.
Allows you to specify a delivery address within the country where the warehouse is located.
Allows you to specify a delivery address in countries with an available route from the selected warehouse.
Actions
Returns to the Warehouse and Packages stage.
Allows you to continue to the Summary stage.
3. Summary
The final stage allows you to review the selected information before confirming the consolidation.

Warehouse and Packages
The summary displays the main information defined during the process.
Displays the selected warehouse.
Displays the service defined for the consolidation.
Indicates the total number of selected packages.
Displays the total gross weight corresponding to the selected packages.
Displays the included packages and their associated content information.
Notes
The Notes field allows you to enter additional information related to the consolidation before completing the process.
Final Actions
Returns to the previous stage to review or modify the information.
Completes the consolidation creation process.
View a Shipment
From the View Shipments list, you can access the details of a registered shipment.
The detail view allows you to review its general information, current status, timeline, and sections related to the route, packages, and documents.

General Information
The General section contains the main information registered for the shipment.
Identifies the shipment within the Portal.
Indicates the transport mode associated with the shipment.
Displays the origin and destination defined for the shipment.
Indicates the registered shipment type.
Indicates the consignee associated with the shipment.
Indicates the issue date corresponding to the shipment.
Displays the reference associated with the shipment when available.
Displays additional information associated with the shipment when available.
Timeline
The Timeline section allows you to track the progress of the shipment through its different statuses.
For each status reached, the corresponding registration information is displayed, including the date and time when available.
Available Sections
At the bottom of the shipment details, the Route, Packages, and Documents sections are available.
Route
The Route section allows you to view the route associated with the shipment.
Indicates the type of leg corresponding to the route.
Indicates the transport mode used for the leg.
Indicates the origin point of the leg.
Indicates the destination point of the leg.
Packages
The Packages section allows you to view the packages associated with the shipment.
Documents
The Documents section allows you to view the documentation associated with the shipment.
