Introduction

This manual describes the features available in the Activities module and serves as a guide for managing, organizing, and tracking activities within the system.

What is the Activities module?

Activities are follow-up tasks linked to records within the MIDLA Platform database.

These activities help organize pending actions, perform follow-ups, and record interactions across the different system modules.

System Objective

The objective of the Activities module is to centralize all activities generated from the Chatter to make tracking, organization, and completion easier.

My Schedule

The My Schedule section centralizes all activities assigned to the current user.

From this section, you can:

View pending activities

Allows you to view assigned activities that still require an action or follow-up.

View completed activities

Makes it easier to review completed activities and maintain a follow-up history.

Identify overdue activities

Allows you to detect overdue activities in order to prioritize their resolution.

Organize activities by due date

Makes it easier to prioritize tasks according to their deadline.

Access the related record

Allows you to quickly access the associated record and continue the corresponding follow-up.
