Vessels

The Vessels section, within the Operations module, lets you view, create, edit, and delete vessels.

In this guide

• View the Vessels list
• Create a Vessel
• Complete its general information
• Complete the configuration

General workflow

1. View or search vessels from the main list.
2. Select Create Vessel.
3. Enter the vessel's code and name, then select its country.
4. Add its IMO code and notes, if applicable, and set whether it is active.
5. Select Create to save it.

Vessels List

The list displays registered vessels and their main information.

List Information

Code

Identifies the vessel within the system.

Name

Indicates the name assigned to the vessel.

IMO Code

Indicates the code used to identify the vessel internationally.

Country

Indicates the country associated with the vessel.

Active

Indicates whether the vessel is enabled for use.

List Actions

Search

Finds vessels in the list.

Create Vessel

Starts the registration of a new vessel.

Edit

Modifies an existing vessel's information.

Delete

Deletes a registered vessel.

Create Vessel

The Create Vessel option opens a form for registering a new vessel.

General Information

Code

Enter the code used to identify the vessel.

Name

Enter the vessel's name.

IMO Code

Enter the IMO code associated with the vessel.

Country

Select the country associated with the vessel.

Active

Define whether the vessel is enabled for use.

Notes

Add further information about the vessel.

info

Code, Name, and Country are required fields.

Actions

Create

Saves the vessel and completes its creation.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current vessel and starts a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the vessel.

Complete the Configuration

Once created, the vessel is available in the main list for viewing and management.
