Commodities

The Commodities section allows you to manage the cargo types used within the Operations module.

From this section, you can view, create, edit, and delete commodities.

Commodities List

The list displays the registered commodities and their main information.

Code

Identifies the commodity within the system.

Name

Indicates the name assigned to the commodity.

Updated

Indicates the date and time of the record's latest update.

Active

Indicates whether the commodity is enabled for use.

Available Actions

Search

Allows you to locate commodities within the list.

Create Commodity

Allows you to register a new commodity.

Edit

Allows you to modify the information of an existing commodity.

Delete

Allows you to delete a registered commodity.

Create Commodity

The Create Commodity option allows you to register a new commodity.

General Information

Code

Allows you to enter the code used to identify the commodity.

Name

Allows you to enter the commodity name.

Active

Allows you to define whether the commodity will be enabled for use.

Notes

Allows you to add additional information related to the commodity.

The Code and Name fields are required.

Actions

Create

Saves the commodity and completes the creation process.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current record and starts the creation of a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the commodity.

Complete the Configuration

Once created, the commodity becomes available in the main list for viewing and management.
