Introducción
This manual describes the functionalities available in the Operations module and serves as a guide for configuring, managing, and monitoring logistics operations within Midla.
What is the Operations module?
The Operations module centralizes the management of logistics processes associated with shipments registered in the system.From this module, users can manage the information required for an operation, define general operating parameters, and manage the different elements involved throughout the logistics process.
The module supports different logistics models, transport modes, and commercial directions, allowing operation management to be adapted according to each organization's needs.
System Objective
The Operations module centralizes the management of logistics processes associated with shipments registered in the system.The objective of the Operations module is to centralize the information and processes related to logistics management, allowing shipments to be managed in an organized manner and maintaining a consistent configuration for all operations carried out within the system.
Through this module, the aim is to simplify the entry, consultation, and monitoring of operational information, as well as to establish default values and parameters that streamline users' daily work.

The Operations module documentation is organized into different sections according to the type of functionality.Settings
The Settings section allows you to define the general parameters that determine the behavior of the module.

From this section, you can configure:
Allows you to define which logistics models will be available for shipment management.
Allows you to define the transport modes that can be used in the different legs of an operation.
Allows you to define the commercial directions available for shipments.
Allows you to define values that will be used initially when creating and managing new operations.
Allows you to define the default units used for dimensions, weight, and quantities.
Allows you to define the currencies used for declared values, insured values, and other related settings.
Allows you to enable the use of Houses and define the format used for their numbering.
Allows you to define the method used to generate package identifiers.
Allows you to define general values used in rate configuration and management.
These settings establish the options and values that will later be available during operation management.
Configurations
The Configurations section allows you to manage the master data used during the creation and management of operations.

From this section, you can:
Allows you to add new configuration data for later use in operational processes.
Makes it easier to review available records and the information associated with each configuration.
Allows you to update existing configuration information when necessary.
Allows you to manage which records are available for use within the module.
Allows you to delete configurations when this action is available for the corresponding record type.
Configuration Organization
Configurations are organized according to their function.
Includes the main data used during logistics management.

The Operations section brings together the functionalities used to manage and monitor shipments and warehouse operations.

From this section, you can:
Allows you to register new shipments and manage the associated information throughout the different stages of the operation.
Makes it easier to view and track Masters, Houses, Direct Shipments, and Consolidations registered in the system.
Allows you to view the status of each shipment and track its progress throughout the operational process.
Allows you to manage receptions, outbounds, and internal operations carried out within warehouses.
Makes it easier to view available merchandise and its associated information within warehouses.
These tools allow you to manage merchandise inbound and outbound movements, register internal operations, and view available stock.
